Also, recently we were invited to perform at a JD Lounge session with a series of great bands such as the Infadels, Shy Child, Kids on Bridges and The Shortwave Set as we were all asked to cover tracks from the Human League’s seminal album, ‘Dare’.
‘Dare’ was produced by Martin Rushent, who produced our latest album, ‘Earth Vs The Pipettes’, out in June, so we figured it sounded like and ace idea. Here’s an exclusive clip of us singing with The Shortwave Set on a cover of ‘Love, Action’
We’re performing a gig of the album and have five pairs of tickets up for grabs to attend this exclusive gig, which takes place at Dingwalls in Camden on 5 May. Behind the scenes action from the studio sessions and gigs will be screened on Channel 4, NME TV and on thejdset.co.uk
